- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. pecan halves
Directions

1In saucepan, combine sugars and sour cream.

2Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until sugars dissolved.

3Cook to 240° on candy thermometer or until soft ball forms.

4Remove from heat. Add vanilla and nuts.

5Stir until mixture begins to coat nuts. Quickly turn onto wax paper.

6With 2 forks, separate nuts.

7Cool.
