- 1 Large Onion Diced
- 3 tablespoon/s To 4 Tablespoons Oil
- 1 cup/s Crushed Cornflakes Or More

1Cook the potatoes covered in a small amount of water. Meanwhile saute the diced onion in oil until golden brown. Drain the potatoes, mash them well and combine with the sauted onions, salt and pepper. With wet hands form into balls and roll them in the crushed cornflakes. Place on well greased baking pan and bake in 350 deg.F oven for 25 minutes.
