  • 3 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. Crisco (not butter)
  • 3/4 c. evaporated milk (1 can)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Bring the sugar, milk and Crisco to a boil.

    Boil for 3 minutes. Beat until lukewarm with an electric mixer. Blend in vanilla. Beat until thick enough to spread.
