Pepitas Cheddar Cheese Ball

- 2 blocks (8 Oz. Size) Cream Cheese, Softened
- 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 2 Tablespoons Shoyu (or Soy Sauce)
- 1 cup Pepitas (shelled, Roasted Salted Pumpkin Seeds)
Directions

1Place cream cheese, cheddar cheese and shoyu (or soy sauce) in a food processor and pulse to blend completely.

2With a spatula, remove all of the tasty goodness (it will be soft) to a bowl and cover.

3Refrigerate for 1 hour.

4Lick off spatula (optional).

5Once cheese mixture is chilled, form into a ball and roll in the pepitas (on a plate) until cheese ball is covered.

6Serve with corn chips or thick tortilla chips or crackers.

7Sign autographs after serving to happy fans.
