Pepitas Cheddar Cheese Ball

  • 2 blocks (8 Oz. Size) Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated
  • 2 Tablespoons Shoyu (or Soy Sauce)
  • 1 cup Pepitas (shelled, Roasted Salted Pumpkin Seeds)

Directions

    Place cream cheese, cheddar cheese and shoyu (or soy sauce) in a food processor and pulse to blend completely.

    With a spatula, remove all of the tasty goodness (it will be soft) to a bowl and cover.

    Refrigerate for 1 hour.

    Lick off spatula (optional).

    Once cheese mixture is chilled, form into a ball and roll in the pepitas (on a plate) until cheese ball is covered.

    Serve with corn chips or thick tortilla chips or crackers.
