- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 oz. jar chopped pimentos
- 2 Tbsp. chopped chili peppers
- 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 3 to 4 c. cut-up, cooked chicken
- 12 oz. egg noodles
- 1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook onion in butter until tender.

2Stir in pimentos, peppers, soup and chicken.

3Layer 1/2 of noodles, 1/2 of chicken mixture and 1/2 of cheese in 4-quart casserole.

4Repeat layers.

5Bake 35 to 40 minutes (until cheese starts to brown) in oven at 350°.
