- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp. coarse black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet.

2Saute mushrooms and onion until onion is soft.

3Mix together flour, black and cayenne pepper, salt, Mrs. Dash and garlic powder in a bowl.

4Lightly bread chicken breasts in flour mixture.

5Brown chicken on both sides in butter, adding extra butter, if needed.

6Add chicken broth.

7Cover and simmer 30 to 45 minutes until sauce thickens.
