- 12 cup butter
- 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 20 ounces frozen corn
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 (10 ounce) jarof sliced jalapenos, chopped
- salt & pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 deg.

2Melt stick of butter in large saucepan, cut cream cheese into cubes and add to butter, after they are completely melted add evaporated milk.

3Bring to a boil and boil one minute, stirring constantly or it will stick and burn.

4Remove from heat and add sugar, salt, pepper, jalapenos and corn.

5Mix all together and add to a large baking dish.

6Bake for 45 minutes.
