  • 12 cup butter
  • 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 20 ounces frozen corn
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 (10 ounce) jarof sliced jalapenos, chopped
  • salt & pepper

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 deg.

    Melt stick of butter in large saucepan, cut cream cheese into cubes and add to butter, after they are completely melted add evaporated milk.

    Bring to a boil and boil one minute, stirring constantly or it will stick and burn.

    Remove from heat and add sugar, salt, pepper, jalapenos and corn.

    Mix all together and add to a large baking dish.

    Bake for 45 minutes.
