- 3 green peppers
- 6 hot peppers
- 1/2 c. white wine vinegar
- 6 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 pkg. Certo
- green food coloring
Directions

1Bring to a full boil and boil 3 minutes:

2peppers (chopped up), vinegar and sugar.

3Drain and save juice, throwing peppers away. Add to juice the Certo and boil 1 full minute.

4Add green food color.

5Put in jelly jars topped with paraffin wax.

6This is good spread on Philadelphia cream cheese and used as a cracker spread or dip.
