  • 12 peppers, ground through food chopper and sprinkled with salt
  • 1 pt. cider vinegar
  • 2 c. white sugar

Directions

    Let peppers stand for 2 hours.

    Drain well and add vinegar and sugar.

    Boil until it jells and can while hot.

    Makes 3 pints.
