- 6 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. ground hot peppers
- 1/2 c. ground green peppers
- 1 (6 oz.) bottle liquid fruit pectin
- 20 drops green food coloring (optional)
Directions

1Mix sugar and vinegar in saucepan.

2Add peppers and bring to a boil.

3Turn off unit and let mixture cool for 5 minutes.

4Add liquid pectin and food coloring.

5Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.

6Invert for 30 seconds to one minute.

7Makes 3 pints.
