  • 6 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. ground hot peppers
  • 1/2 c. ground green peppers
  • 1 (6 oz.) bottle liquid fruit pectin
  • 20 drops green food coloring (optional)

Directions

    Mix sugar and vinegar in saucepan.

    Add peppers and bring to a boil.

    Turn off unit and let mixture cool for 5 minutes.

    Add liquid pectin and food coloring.
  5. 5
    Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.

    Invert for 30 seconds to one minute.

    Makes 3 pints.
