  • 3 large bell peppers
  • 1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 6 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. fresh hot pepper or 2 to 4 Tbsp. crushed pepper
  • 1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo
  • green food coloring (can use red)

Directions

    Remove seeds from peppers.

    Grind the peppers in blender.
  3. 3
    Mix with vinegar, sugar and hot pepper.
  4. 4
    Bring to rolling boil and add Certo, bringing to full rolling boil again and stirring for one minute.
