- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. hot pepper jelly (red or green)
- 1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. cold milk
- 1/2 c. boiling milk
Directions

1With a mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth.

2Add jelly. Blend well.

3Soften gelatin in cold milk; add boiling milk.

4Stir until dissolved.

5Combine with cream cheese mixture.

6Pour into 3 1/2 cup mold.

7Chill.

8Unmold and serve with crackers.
