  • 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into strips or substitute deer tenderloin
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 medium onion, cut into strips
  • 1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
