- 2 lb. round steak, thin and tender
- 1 c. butter
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. butter
- 2 green peppers, seeded
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 small tomatoes, quartered
- 1 1/2 c. bouillon
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3/4 c. red wine
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Dip steak in flour; saute in 1/2 cup butter for 2 minutes. Add rest of butter.

2Saute separately, pepper, onions and garlic about 5 minutes.

3Add tomatoes and bouillon.

4Bring to a boil; simmer 10 minutes.

5Mix together cornstarch, wine and soy sauce. Add to skillet.

6Cook until thick; add meat.

7Simmer 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
