- beef stew meat, sliced into thin slices
- 2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- 2 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1/2 bottle soy sauce
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 2 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
- 2 diced tomatoes
- 1 large onion, sliced thin
- 2 green peppers, cut in slices
Directions

1Add enough water to cover meat and cook until the water boils. Add all ingredients, but the vegetables, and cook until meat is tender.

2Add the vegetables.

3Stir until well blended.

4Turn down the heat and simmer until all vegetables are tender.

5Serve over rice.
