- 1 slice round steak, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 can mushroom pieces
- 1 c. Burgundy wine
- flour
- 1/2 to 1 stick margarine
- 1 green pepper, cubed
- 2 packets beef bouillon
- 1 can tomato wedges
Directions

1In electric skillet, melt margarine.

2Dredge steak in flour; brown.

3Sprinkle with bouillon.

4Add wine.

5Cook at 325° until meat is tender (about 1 hour).

6Add more wine if it becomes too dry.

7Add onion, green pepper and mushrooms; cook until vegetables are done.

8Add tomatoes; heat through.

9Serve with rice or noodles.
