Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. minute steak
- 1/2 c. tomato catsup
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 or 2 bouillon cubes
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 5 or 6 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 or 2 green peppers, sliced
Directions

1Cut steak into serving size pieces.

2Drench in flour.

3Brown lightly in skillet with a small amount of oil.

4Remove meat.

5Add mixture of catsup, bouillon, soy sauce and water to skillet. Simmer 5 minutes.

6Return meat to skillet.

7Cover and cook over gentle heat until tender (1 1/2 hours).

8Add salt and pepper, onion, mushrooms and peppers.

9Cover.
-
10Steam until vegetables are just tender.

11Serve over rice.
