- 5 sirloin steaks
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 c. water
- 1/4 c. oil
- soy sauce
Directions

1Cut steak diagonally in thin strips.

2Dredge in flour.

3In large saute pan, add oil.

4Heat to frying temperature.

5Add steak strips.

6Stir-fry to desired doneness.

7Add minced onion and cut celery.

8Add ginger, garlic powder and soy sauce to taste. Dissolve cornstarch in water.

9Gradually stir into meat mixture. Cook until thickened.

10Serve over rice.
