- 1 lb. sirloin steak, cut in very thin strips
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 medium onions
- 2 medium bell peppers
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- salt and pepper to taste
- mushrooms and celery, if you choose
Directions

1Brown meat in oil about 5 minutes and drain.

2Add soy sauce and water, simmer 10 minutes.

3Add onions, celery and peppers, cut in length-wise strips.

4Simmer 5 minutes.

5Add mushrooms, salt and pepper and cook until tender.

6Thicken with cornstarch.

7Serve over rice.
