  • 1 round steak (2 lb.), cubed
  • 3 large bell peppers, cut in slices
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 can whole tomatoes (28 oz.), cut in quarters

Directions

    Brown and cook steak in 2 cups water until tender (about 30 minutes). Add peppers, onions and tomatoes. Cook until peppers are tender. Thicken with flour and salt to taste.
