- 4 green bell peppers, seeded and cut in strips
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut in strips
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- salt, pepper, paprika
- 1/2 c. beef broth
- parsley, chopped
- 4 veal fillets
- freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Saute peppers in margarine; season with salt, pepper and paprika.

2Add the beef broth; simmer for 15 minutes.

3Add chopped parsley.

4Sprinkle veal with ground black pepper and press into the meat.

5Fry the veal fillets in hot oil 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Combine sauteed peppers and meat.
