- 1 large bell pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1 round steak (may use sirloin or chicken strips)
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Tony's Creole seasoning
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1 dash of salt
Directions

1Cut steak into 4-inch strips. Place in wok or skillet along with all seasonings.

2Cook on low-medium heat until meat is completely cooked.

3Slice bell pepper and onion and then place into wok with the steak.

4Add water to make a thin gravy.

5Cook on low for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until steak is tender. Serve over yellow seasoned rice.
