- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 round or flank steak, sliced thinly
- 3 c. water
- 3 beef bouillon
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 1 large green pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped coarsely
Directions

1Brown beef in oil until all moisture is absorbed.

2Add 3 cups water and bouillon.

3While these are cooking, mix cornstarch, water and soy sauce in small bowl and add to skillet mixture. Boil that until clear.

4Add celery; cook about 10 minutes or until tender; add pepper and onion; cook for 5 to 7 minutes.

5Serve over rice.
