Ingredients

  • 1 lb. round steak, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/4 c. cooking oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 4 bell peppers, cut up
  • 1 diced celery
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 cube beef bouillon

Directions

    Cook the ingredients until tender.

    Then mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1/4 cup water and 2 teaspoons soy sauce and put this in a pot and cook about 1/2 hour.

    Then serve over cooked rice.
