- 2 lb. round steak in strips
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 bell peppers, julienned
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 15 oz. can stewed tomatoes
- 1 cube beef bouillon
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- wide noodles
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Saute steak, garlic, onion and bell peppers in margarine. Stir in tomatoes and beef bouillon; simmer for 20 minutes.

2Blend together water, cornstarch, soy sauce and sugar.

3Add to cooked meat mixture and cook, stirring until thickened, then simmer 2 more minutes.

4Cook and drain noodles.

5Toss noodles and cheese; serve the pepper steak over the noodles.
