- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 green peppers, julienned
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 c. tomatoes
- 1 bouillon cube
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
