  • 2 lb. beef, julienned
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 green peppers, julienned
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 c. tomatoes
  • 1 bouillon cube
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
