Ingredients
- 3 large green peppers
- 2 medium onions
- 2 lb. sirloin steak
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1 can chicken broth
- 2 c. water
- 8 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- cornstarch
Directions

1Slice peppers long and thin.

2Saute in oil with onions.

3Cook until desired texture.

4In separate pan, slice sirloin into thin strips and fry.

5When cooked, add water, chicken broth and bouillon.

6Bring to a boil.

7Add cornstarch to desired thickness. Add ginger, peppers, onions and soy sauce. Continue simmering and stirring occasionally for 20 minutes. Serve over the cooked rice.
