Ingredients
- 1 lb. round steak; cut into small strips
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 or 5 med. green peppers, cut in strips
- 3 or 4 med. onions, sliced
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Roll steak strips in flour, salt, and pepper.

2Sear in lard over medium heat.

3Keep stirring so it doesn't burn.

4When slightly browned, add bouillon cubes dissolved in boiling water. Cook over low heat until meat is tender, about 10 - 15 min.

5Add peppers and onions to the meat; cook until vegetables are tender. You may need to add a small amount of water at this time, but not too much.

6Add cornstarch mixed in water and soy sauce.

7Cook for 5 - 10 min. until thick.

8Serve over rice.
