- 1 flank steak (round or sirloin works)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
- 1 scant tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- salt to taste
- 2 to 3 green peppers
- 4 Tbsp. oil or oleo
Directions

1Cut steak into thirds lengthwise, then into 1/8-inch strips crosswise.

2(If slightly frozen, it slices better.) Put into bowl. Add next 5 ingredients and marinate at least 15 minutes (longer if possible).

3Stir 2 or 3 times during marinade process.
