- 1 lb. pepper steak meat
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 onion
- 2 large peppers, cut up (1 green and 1 red)
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Combine soy sauce, garlic and ginger.

2Add beef; toss and set aside.

3While preparing veggies, heat oil in a large frying pan. Add beef; cook until brown.

4Cover and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat.

5Turn heat up.

6Add vegetables.

7Toss until vegetables are tender, 10 minutes.

8Mix cornstarch with water; add to pan. Stir and cook until thickened.
