  • 1 round steak
  • 6 diced potatoes
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1/2 diced onion
  • 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 cans mild Ortega chili salsa
  • 1 Tbsp. A.1. sauce

Directions

    Brown meat with garlic, onion and A.1. sauce in a large pan. Add potatoes, stewed tomatoes and chili salsa.

    Add sufficient amount of water to completely cover contents.

    Simmer on medium heat until potatoes are tender.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Serve over rice or can be used as burrito mix.
