- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. boneless sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
- 2 c. green or red sweet pepper strips
- 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 (10 1/4 oz.) can Franco-American beef gravy
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cook beef, half at a time, in skillet, in 1 tablespoon hot oil until brown.

2Remove and set aside. Repeat until all beef is browned. In remaining oil, cook peppers and onion in the garlic powder until tender-crisp.

3Stir in gravy and Worcestershire sauce.

4Heat to boiling.

5Add beef and serve over rice.
