  • 1 lb. chopped steak
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes in 1 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. water

    Brown steak in oil.

    Add onions, garlic, celery and green peppers.

    Add water with bouillon cubes.

    Add cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup of water.

    Cook about 30 minutes on low.
