  • 1 lb. round steak, cut into strips
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. mushrooms
  • 1 c. mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pkg. egg noodles
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Brown steak and onion; drain grease.

    Add mushrooms and soup. Fill can 1/2 full of water and add.

    Stir in sour cream, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

    Cover and cook over low or medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Prepare noodles, drain and add to mixture.

    Keep covered until ready to serve.
