- 2 lb. tenderized steak
- 1 can Campbell's French onion soup
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 large bell pepper, diced
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- flour
- shortening or oil
Directions

1Cut steak into 1-inch (bite size) pieces.

2In a medium bowl, mix the eggs, seasoned salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Dip steak pieces into the egg mixture, then coat with flour.

3Fry in a large skillet. Drain on paper towel.

4After all steak is fried, pour oil out of skillet and stir-fry diced pepper a couple of minutes.

5Add French onion soup, 1 can water, tomato sauce and catsup.

6Mix, then add steak and simmer 20 minutes.
