- 1 to 2 lb. round steak, cubed
- 1 bottle soy sauce
- 2 c. green peppers, diced
- 2 c. fresh tomatoes, cut in chunks
- 3 medium onions, boiled
- 3 or 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- flour and oil for browning meat
Directions

1Marinate steak in 1/2 bottle of soy sauce.

2Let stand for several minutes.

3Flour and brown steak in skillet with small amount of oil.

4Add peppers, tomatoes and onions, Worcestershire sauce and other 1/2 bottle soy sauce.

5Cook slowly about 1 hour. Serve over rice.
