- 3/4 c. thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 c. seeded and chopped cucumber
- 1 Tbsp. sliced green onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/8 tsp. ground pepper
- 1 hoagie bun
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 oz. thin sliced ham
- 2 oz. thin sliced turkey
- 4 slices tomato
- 1 oz. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients; let stand 30 minutes. Slice bun in half lengthwise; pull out soft inside of top and bottom, leaving a shell. Spoon mushroom mixture into each half of bun; cover with a lettuce leaf. Top with ham, turkey and tomato slices. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and serve.
