  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 large onion, cut in rings
  • 2 green peppers, sliced

Directions

    Cut steak in bite size pieces and brown.

    Mix together all other ingredients except onion and green peppers.

    Add to meat and simmer 45 minutes.

    Add onion and green peppers and simmer 30 minutes longer.

    Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
