- 4 sirloin steaks beef
- 1 tablespoon black pepper cracked
- 60 grams butter
- 1 onions medium
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1 cup brandy
- 1 cup cream
- 1 teaspoon parsley chopped
- 1 tablespoon salt
Directions

1Sprinkle both sides of steaks with 1/2 the peppercorns. Press pepper into steaks and form into a neat round shape.

2Heat 1/2 the butter in a pan and cook steaks to required degree of doneness. Remove from pan and keep warm.
