  • 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut paper thin and sprinkled with tenderizer
  • 3/4 tsp. meat tenderizer
  • 3 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 2 large green peppers, cut in 1-inch squares
  • 1 1/2 c. diagonally cut celery
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/3 c. light molasses
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 scallions (with tops sliced)
  • 3 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 4 c. hot rice or Chinese noodles
