- 3/4 tsp. meat tenderizer
- 3 Tbsp. salad oil
- 2 large green peppers, cut in 1-inch squares
- 1 1/2 c. diagonally cut celery
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 c. light molasses
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3 scallions (with tops sliced)
- 3 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 4 c. hot rice or Chinese noodles
