- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 cloves garlic, sliced
- 2 pounds spinach, stemmed and well washed
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper

1Heat a large skillet until it is smoking hot.

3Then add the spinach in batches, adding more as it wilts until all the spinach is in the pot.

4Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
