  • 1 12 lbs beef bottom round steaks, cut into 1/2-inch slices across the grain
  • 2 cups green peppers, 1/2-inch thick slices
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 15 ounces diced tomatoes, with juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 14 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 cup water
