- 1 lb. round steak
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 c. beef bouillon
- 2 green peppers, cut into strips
- 1 c. chopped onion
- garlic powder to taste
- 4 to 6 fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 large tomatoes, cut into eighths
- hot cooked rice
Directions

1Cut steak into strips.

2Sprinkle with garlic.

3Brown beef in margarine in a large skillet.

4Add mushrooms.

5Cover with bouillon and cook 30 minutes.

6Prepare rice or noodles at this time.

7Stir in onion and peppers; cook 5 minutes.

8Blend flour, water and soy sauce.

9Stir onto meat and vegetables; cook until thickened.

10Add tomatoes and stir gently.

11Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
