- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. boneless sirloin steak, cut into thin slices
- 2 c. green or sweet red pepper strips
- 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 (10 oz.) can Franco-American beef gravy
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 c. rice
Directions

1In skillet, put in 1 tablespoon hot oil.

2Cook beef, half at a time, until brown, stirring often.

3Remove; set aside.

4Put in remaining 1 tablespoon of oil.

5Cook peppers and onion with garlic powder until tender, stirring often.

6Stir in gravy and Worcestershire sauce.

7Heat to boiling.

8Return beef to skillet. Serve over rice.
