- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak
- 1 c. whole tomatoes, crushed
- 1 c. tomato paste
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. cooking oil
Directions

1In a large skillet, heat cooking oil.

2Cut steak into serving size pieces.

3Brown steak, bell pepper and onion (onion and bell pepper cut into large pieces, not finely chopped).

4Reduce heat; add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste and seasoning to taste.

5Stir well.

6Cover and simmer for approximately 1 hour or until steak is tender.
