- 1 round tenderized steak, cut in small pieces
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 medium green pepper, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 can beef consomme
Directions

1Brown meat in hot oil.

2Stir in tomatoes and green pepper. Add soy sauce and seasonings.

3Cover; cook for 10 minutes.

4Blend cornstarch with consomme; stir into meat mixture.

5Cover; simmer for 10 minutes.
