- 1 round steak
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 c. green onion
- 1 c. green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
Directions

1Cut steak in thin strips.

2Combine Worcestershire sauce, garlic and beef.

3Toss and set aside while preparing vegetables. Heat oil in frying pan and add steak and brown.

4Simmer about 30 minutes until tender.

5Turn heat up and add vegetables.

6Cook vegetables until tender-crisp, about 10 minutes.

7Mix cornstarch with water and add to pan; stir and cook until thickened.

8Add tomatoes and heat through.
