  • 2 -3 lbs flank steaks
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce (or beef brisket sauce)
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • orange bell pepper, sliced
  • yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 sliced onion

Directions

    salt and pepper steak and brown both sides in a skillet.

    Place peppers and onions on both sides of steak.

    Mix sauces and pour over top.

    Simmer on medium low heat for 2-3 hours.
