- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Tony Chachere or Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Directions

1Mix dry spices.

2On a large sheet of foil, roll meat in it until evenly covered.

3Rub Kitchen Bouquet on meat.

4Wrap tightly in foil.

5Place in baking dish and bake at 350° for 2 to 3 hours until tender.
