  • 1 (1 1/2 to 2 lb.) beef of pork tenderloin or just a roast
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. Tony Chachere or Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet

Directions

    Mix dry spices.

    On a large sheet of foil, roll meat in it until evenly covered.

    Rub Kitchen Bouquet on meat.

    Wrap tightly in foil.

    Place in baking dish and bake at 350° for 2 to 3 hours until tender.
