- 3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
- 3/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 small jar pepperoncini peppers with juice
Directions

1Pat meat with seasonings.

2Place in crock-pot and place peppers on top.

3Cook 5 hours on high or 8 hours on low.

4Pull meat apart and add 1/4 cup of pepper juice.

5Cook on low for additional 30 minutes.

6Serve on buns.
